The international Criminal known as Pingu has been captured by Chicom Gang who were finally given clearance after countless attempts at trying to capture the criminal by both P.A.N.A and S.P.E.C.T.E.R. When the leader of Chicom Gang (Josh W.) was interviewed he simply said "When no one else can do it, call in the Chicom Gang". The Gang leader was then found fifteen minutes later heavily intoxicated throwing up into a porta-potty.

"The significance of this capture is not to be taken lightly, Pingu has escaped the custody of S.P.E.C.T.E.R before and will do so again if not contained properly" said JFSdragonfire (Director of S.P.E.C.T.E.R). 

GNN were first on the scene and even witnessed Pingu and members of his crime syndicate "Gaboodagooba" being forcefully ushered into heavily armoured vehicles by Chicom Gang and S.P.E.C.T.E.R authorities. Pingu was found because he posted a video to YouTube mocking The Holy Grind while eating takeout pizza, the IP address of the upload could by traced by The Holy Grind Police and he was arrested shortly after. Pingu was found in a garden shed planning his escape from Grindenberg with his members of his crime syndicate. Large amounts of Sherbet Lemon and illegal Kidi-Bull were also found stashed beneath the floor boards.

Pingu has been charged with 28 different crimes some of them too brutal to listed on this webpage, his sentence is estimated to be roughly 87 years. The location and conditions that Pingu will be kept it are still unknown and S.P.E.C.T.E.R has said that the public will most likely not be able to find out to ensure that his followers and crime syndicate don't attempt break him out again.

The court hearing will commence on the 18th of June 2023, updates will be reported by GNN news as the situation continues. From now however only time can tell what will happen to the international criminal.
