P.A.N.A or The Holy Grind Department of Peace and Nuclear Annihilation has 4 primary objectives.
Defend the Motherland from external threats.
Carry out Nuclear Attacks, be they First Strike or Retaliatory Strike plans.
Maintain our Military Nuclear Infrastructure.
Research, development and production of new Military Nuclear technology.
When The Holy Grind became a nuclear power, the need for an agency specially tasked with all matters of nuclear arms became clear. While the Air-Force filled in that role for a time the development of intercontinental ballistic missiles has rendered them obsolete. P.A.N.A still closely collaborates with other branches of service, having joint programs for tactical nuclear weapons.
In the event of a nuclear attack, on duty P.A.N.A personnel are tasked with executing the launch procedure of the designated ICBMs.
To prevent the accidental or unauthorized launch of any missiles, a state of the art CAPTCHA and a 2 factor authentication verification procedure is required to start the launch sequence.
The ICBMs have a number of preset targets on this earth as well as our moon and a 5 other worlds.
