PROTOCOLS, RULES AND REGULATIONS:

• 1a: Every S.P.E.C.T.E.R operator is contractually obligated NEVER to reveal agency secrets, documents, plans, names, etc. If they are found to have broken this protocol they will be promptly removed and terminated from the program.

• 1b: Every S.P.E.C.T.E.R operator is contractually obligated NEVER to abuse their power in The Holy Grind if they do they will be removed from the program and will serve prison time.

• 1c: Every S.P.E.C.T.E.R operator is lawfully obligated to NEVER show classified topics, documents, presentations, etc. to non S.P.E.C.T.E.R operatives in attempts to impress, show off or gloat.

• 1d: Every S.P.E.C.T.E.R operator is vowed to NEVER put themselves before the public, they will do everything in their power to protect the public from whatever, whoever threats the public. If this rule is broken said operative will be removed.

• 2a: Every S.P.E.C.T.E.R researcher when handling [REDACTED] must never release [REDACTED] into the wild as this might pose a threat to the public, in which case FIRE-TEAM BRAVO will be sent to recover [REDACTED].

• 2b: Every S.P.E.C.T.RE.R researcher is required to wear safety gear and log every single event, experiment, test, etc. that is conducted. When tests are done to [REDACTED]s every research aid must censor noises, [REDACTED] and screams.

• 3a: Every S.P.E.C.T.E.R researcher and tech operative MUST log the research conducted over a months work and publish it in The Holy Grind's national news outlet (The Monthly Grind), this is to ensure safety in the publics knowledge.
